Vice President of Claims
Steven has more than 14 years of experience managing medical professional liability claims while working for several industry leading companies. He joined the company as Claims Specialist in 2020 and previously served as the Assistant Vice President of Claims. His recent responsibilities at MedMal Direct have included leading the claims department as the interim Vice President. Steven has been a member of the MedMal Direct Claims Committee and providing his expertise regarding physician medical professional liability claim strategy, securing expert counsel, and clear communication to our insureds. His passion and desire to work on behalf of the company’s insureds has led to his increased responsibilities within the Claims operation. Steven earned a Bachelor’s degree from University of North Florida.
