Meredith has more than 20 years of experience in strategic B2B and B2C communications, including marketing, project management, and customer experience. She joined the MedMal Direct team in the company’s first year of operation as the sales representative for North Florida; since then, her responsibilities have expanded to include operational oversight of sales initiatives, management of the company’s customer service professionals, and developing customer experience standards that guide all customer-facing documents and processes. Today, Meredith is licensed in all nine states where the company operates. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Florida State University.
