With more than 20 years of experience in insurance and healthcare, Mary Carter has led and managed teams responsible for account servicing, and processing supporting both Underwriting and Business Development teams. Mrs. Carter is responsible for the Account Manager team that provides the service and coverage needs of MedMal Direct clients. Mary has implemented Underwriting workflows and cross training to improve turnaround times and responsiveness to our insureds while also working with IT to manage all Underwriting policy forms, endorsement, documents, and certificates in the policy system.
