GLASTONBURY, CT – January 5, 2024 – Integris Group, a leading member-owned medical professional liability insurance company, is pleased to announce the purchase of 100% of the stock of MedMal Direct Insurance Company (MDIC), and its agency, CorePRO Insurance, from Physicians Trust, Inc. (PTI). The transaction, having received PTI shareholder and regulatory approvals, closed December 31, 2023.
